A very professional company

I used Breckon and Breckon to sell my house in Oxford, as they were recommended to me. James was great from the word go, giving me great advice and information on how to sell my house. Had 9 offers within 2 weeks which well exceeded the asking price and thought out the whole process I was kept well informed of what was happening, especially as our buyer had a few hiccup along the way which delayed the completion. I would highly recommend James and Breckon and Breckon a very professional company.

Reply from Breckon and Breckon Headington: Thank you for positive feedback on your selling experience with Breckon and Breckon. Your property in central Headington was hugely popular and we were delighted to achieve an offer over the guide price. It is also useful to have your positive comments about how we handled the conveyancing process after the offer was agreed - eventually resulting in a successful legal completion. Best wishes, Matthew and the team

About Breckon and Breckon Headington

Breckon & Breckon is an independent firm of Estate Agents established in 1947 and now operating from a network of seven offices in the county of Oxfordshire.
We are property professionals with many years of experience in the local market. Whilst we are constantly recommended by many firms of solicitors, high street banks and other institutions, we are very proud of the fact that the majority of our new business comes from the personal recommendations of past clients.
As a privately owned company we are able to react quickly to changes in the market. We constantly review our marketing, often setting new standards for other estate agents to follow. As an established agent we have a large database of prospective buyers that is shared throughout our network of offices. This database is accessed through our state of the art computer system enabling us to match properties to buyers without delay. However, none of this innovation means a great deal if it is not backed up with the right staff. Breckon & Breckon has an enviable reputation and is seen as one of the most sought after companies to work for. Our staff are quite simply some of the most experienced property professionals that Oxfordshire has to offer.
