My husband and I are currently in the process of buying our first house which can be pretty daunting but Preston Baker has been really helpful and supportive in guiding us through everything. Jess Fox conducted our first viewing of the house we've put an offer in for and was naturallly friendly and answered all my (many) questions right away. Since then she's been an excellent point of contact, again very friendly and helpful, and arranged a mortgage appointment with Shaun who was excellent and very knowledgeable. We've found the conveyancing service provided by Catherine Jones fantastic as well. Catherine is really proactive and has been a great help in arranging access to the property for surveys and generally acting as a go-between with the vendor. All in all, very satisfied with the service we've received.
