If you are buying a home you really value someone like Jess who is a very enthusiastic, caring , understanding and committed professional. She showed us great understanding and empathy since we were reluctantly leaving our old home after 25 years. It t was very important to have her support to help us find our ideal new home. Jess is a very straightforward and honest person who does not bullshit or avoid issues and who clearly loves her work and it shows!. What more could anyone ask for? Jess could not have been more helpful to us and she helped us to find the right house with the minimum of fuss. She is a star!.

Preston Baker have been great with the sale of my house. Got my house sold quickly in April 2016 when I needed to relocate to another city. It's only since moving that I realise how good the staff were and how great Catherine was in keeping us informed, dealing with all the other people involved in the purchase and pushing when required. Where other Estate Agents seem to simply to forward every query onto you to deal with Preston Baker did their best to sort everything out and only asked for input when required. Gareth and staff were all great at showing potential buyers round the property and encouraging interest. Definately five out of five.
