I don't usually write reviews, but i've just had an email from Jess at Preston Baker asking if i'd write one. 'Oh-ho!', you might think. 'This is going to be a biased review!!'. Well you're absolutely right, but only because all reviews are biased in that the person writing the review has an opinion. But i'm in a position that I think many people reading this review will be in - someone who's currently looking to buy house, or are thinking of selling their house and looking for a reputable company to work on their behalf. Yes i've not purchased a house through Preston Baker yet, but I hope I do. I've seen a couple of houses so far and the service i've received from Jess at Preston Baker has been second to none. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, exactly what you want from an Estate Agent. A professional experience all round, from having the property details ready and feedback forms for each property, to being flexible around my hectic schedule. I hope the house I end up buying is sold by Preston Baker as they are a delight to work with.

I have been trying to find a property in Leeds for a few months now and used other estate agents and didn't find anything that took my fancy. But then got told about Preston bakers and how helpful they are. Gabby a member of staff there, really took an interest in what I was looking for and did what she could to find me the perfect house.

I rang Preston Baker to try book some viewings and got through to Gabby, she was extremely friendly and helpful on the phone and set up a few viewings for me. I found with other estate agents they weren't proactive in telling me when new properties were coming on the market, but Gabby called to inform me to see if I was interested. After we had 4 estate agents value the property in 2015, Preston Baker being one of them. we brought Gareth back in 2016 as our chosen agent in order to begin a house move. Jess launched the property on the 7th April and it sold on the 11th April. She kept us informed at all times about offers and secured our full asking price within the 4 days.
