Jenny Archer and the rest of the team were really helpful and always on hand to support. However the removal company, Shires, that they recommended were unprofessional in asking for us to assist with lifting and disassembling which they had been paid to do and some beers and a power drill disappeared during the move. We wouldn't have gone with Shires which cost more than the competition when it came to packing and disassembling had they not been recommended by Manning Staunton so they should take some of the blame.
