Stevie and the team at Manning Stainton were fantastic. Everything about the process of selling our house was great: the valuation through to the way they presented our house for sale, the consideration for our family when arranging viewings, the organised way our offers were presented. They provided professional yet friendly service throughout and we were so grateful for their continued support during the lengthy process of us finding a property to move to. Even though the process could have been stressful, Manning had everything under control and communicated messages quickly between us and our buyer. They were also so helpful at explaining things and making sure our move went smoothly. They understand that buying and selling houses is about so much more than money - it's about people's lives and people's families - and I really felt that this was present in the way they worked with such respect and empathy for their clients. Jenny Archer and the rest of the team were really helpful and always on hand to support. However the removal company, Shires, that they recommended were unprofessional in asking for us to assist with lifting and disassembling which they had been paid to do and some beers and a power drill disappeared during the move. We wouldn't have gone with Shires which cost more than the competition when it came to packing and disassembling had they not been recommended by Manning Staunton so they should take some of the blame.

It's really bad, I have been sending my document a week ago and no body come back to me , than when I asked them they said we received your paper work just today, I did give them my document by hand in the office This is a jock

Myself and my fiancee put in offer for our first home through Manning Stainton. After a week we had had no response either way and chased them up to see what the situation was only to be told they "hadn't received our offer because it had gone to their junk mail" despite it being a direct reply to an email they sent trying to cover themselves by saying it wasn't high enough anyway. A week later we thought we'd give them another chance and booked a viewing for a different property. After waiting for 10 mins outside with no signs of anyone being present, we called the office only to find out they'd booked it for different property entirely and we'd wasted our time again. Maybe we were just very unlucky but we made a conscious decision to avoid any other houses sold through them after the terrible start they had with us.
