Lucy took ownership to set this up for me, she took down all of my details and arranged a valuation without me needing to contact anyone else. Lucy made the whole process really easy for me which was appreciated. She also gave me great insight and understanding into the current market - couldn't recommend her enough!

Unlike other agencies, the staff at Manning Stainton really took the time to explain the local property market to me when I first started looking for a house to buy and after we'd found a property Lucy could not have worked harder on our behalf. Without her experience, drive and enthusiasm I'm sure the sale would have taken a lot longer and perhaps not gone through at all.
