I recently bought a house through Manning Stainton. They were brilliant from the get go! The vast majority of the properties I viewed were through Mannings - they just seemed to get the best properties! They were always quick to pick up the phone and very friendly - plus viewings we're really easy to book as they stored your details with your phone number, so when you ring up to book it's really quick instead of having to provide name, number, email, and address every time. The house we ended up buying was shown to us by Mannings before it was even put on the market, as it was similar to another property that I had had an unsuccessful offer on. Im sure this made the process much easier and cheaper for the seller. The purchase itself went very smoothly which I put down to the devoted and professional team at Mannings chasing up the solicitors and always being in contact with the sellers. Overall I've had a great experience with Mannings and I'd recommend them to any prospective buyers.

Great all round! Abi was great at helping progress the purchase. She replied very quickly to emails and calls, and provided great communication between everyone involved in the purchase. As this was my first purchase, everything was new to me, but Abi help me with the things I didn\'t understand so much. I wanted to complete the purchase process pretty swiftly, and probably asked a fair bit from her, but she did brilliantly dealing with my requests whilst also being super friendly and easy to get on with.
