We bought a house through JNP Hazlemere in Widmer End. The transaction was not a straight forward one with issues from our buyers almost scuppering the entire process. A few months ago, I was looking to get my flat revalued and Mark Prior arrived to do it. Mark was very friendly and professional throughout. Mark then sat down and we spoke about the valuation and the reasons I was looking to sell etc, the reason was I couldn’t afford my remortgage. Mark spoke to me on a human level and not as an estate agent trying to make a sale. Mark listened and understood my situation. Mark was able to put me in touch with a very professional and helpful mortgage advisor who gave me options I wasn’t aware of. Fast forward 4 months and I now have the flat remortgaged and in my name.
