JNP has just completed on the sale of my Mum's house. the service I received during this sale (the sale was complicated, as it was under a Power of Attorney, the proceeds to pay for my Mum's care) was absolutely excellent: the team of Julian Almrott, Emily Maslen and Douglas Child took the time to help me with various legal aspects, deal with my many queries (and all incredibly patiently!), chase the buyer's solicitor, visited the vacant house frequently to check all was ok, interfaced seamlessly with my conveyancer, and achieved a price beyond what I was expecting.
