We bought a house through JNP Hazlemere in Widmer End. The transaction was not a straight forward one with issues from our buyers almost scuppering the entire process. JNP and specificially Mark Prior provided support and reassurance throughout the process. Having had a not so great experience with the agents on my sale, the constrast was stark between them and how Mark managed the process. He was proactive, dedicated and always available. Whilst as the buyer JNP ultimately served their client, the seller, I always felt throughout the process that Mark and his team had a genuine interest in the well-being and success of everyone involved in the process. He quickly became my go to person rather than my own agent for my sale. Thank you so much for everything team. Would definitely recommend in the future!
