JNP have been sensational in managing selling our house and have beaten expectations in a tough market. Mark in particular did a great deal of research in finding the right price and placement to create a lot of interest and therefore offers. He advised us at all stages and communicated daily. The net result was over 8 offers, 5 of which over asking price and a sale agreed within 9 days of it going on the market. I'm not sure you can ask for any more than that?! They have also liaised with all parties to ensure a swift sale process, exchange and then completion. JNP Hazlemere, were outstanding in our delicate experience of selling our late mother's house under probate. We cannot fault the transparency, communication and empathy toward our situation in looking for a quick property sale. From the first visit, Mark Prior demonstrated exemplary tact, knowledge and professionalism in adivisng us of how to best position the property for sale. When on the market, we continued to recieve timely updates on potential prospects (buyers) and the team efforts from Emily, Julian, Mark and others within the team. Emily, a notably, outstanding member of the team and driving all parties toward completion.
