When on the market, we continued to recieve timely updates on potential prospects (buyers) and the team efforts from Emily, Julian, Mark and others within the team. Emily, a notably, outstanding member of the team and driving all parties toward completion. Predictably, there were a number of concerns, blockers and challenges as we moved toward completion with the buyer.
