Josh did a great job of chivying the chain along as he's got good contacts with all the local solicitors. His local knowledge of all the local movers helped when at a last minute ours dropped out so we were able to keep completion day on track.

Originally I wasn't informed about the money laundering check and whats involved. JNP have now called to explain the reasons, i have done a little investigation into this. Charges are usually between £30.00 and £80 being the top. My daughter who is selling has been charged the bottom price.

As Mark Prior, our Assistant Branch Manager, has since explained, identity and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks are a legal requirement. Every JNP client must complete an independent check through LifeTimeLegal (LTL), our accredited compliance partner, as part of our legal and regulatory obligations. The fee is for the independent verification service provided by LTL and is separate from our estate agency fees. While we appreciate you may have found alternative services at a lower cost, our compliance checks must be completed through our designated process and the cost is the same for all our clients.
Do not rent your property through JNP or manage your property. Terrible experience
