Brilliant and professional service! Especially from Julien - thank you!

Alex has gone the extra mile at every step of this process. Which at times has had many twists and turns. Alex and colleagues supported us with a calm, knowledgeable, positive and confident manner throughout, and at times been the voice of reason. I would have no hesitation to recommend Alex and Breckon and Breckon to anyone wishing to sell their property. Having sold 3 properties for both my sister they have been with us every step of the way. I’ve always felt supported. The lines of communication were open and transparent and Alex’s finger was always on the pulse. Great service, thank you and a pleasure knowing you.

From start to finish Breckon and Breckon Witney have handled the sale of my cottage with great professionalism whilst providing me with a very personal service. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that we got the sale through to completion, their communication and support has been outstanding. Particular thanks must go to Sarah Thomas who was my main contact and sale negotiator, who even kept in touch on her days off to ensure I was kept in the loop. I highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I ever move!

John and Madison have been wonderful! Helpful and informative they have made our move to Witney as easy as possible and are genuinely nice people!

From the very first home valuation visit all the way through to completion, we were impressed with the friendliness, enthusiasm and professionalism of the Breckon and Breckon team in Witney. At the outset, John provided an enthusiastic and professional market appraisal of my mother’s property, and we greatly appreciated his understanding of the reasons behind the sale. The in-house photographer did a great job highlighting the property through well-chosen angles and features, and the marketing brochures were of a high quality. Communication was great throughout, and John and Madison worked hard to secure the chain and keep us updated. All the Witney team are knowledgeable of the local markets, and very approachable- we had many questions during the course of the sale, but our enquiries were always responded to swiftly. No question was too small! If we popped into the office, there was always a friendly face to help us, including Julia and Alex. This was an enormous support for my mother during the sale process. We would wholeheartedly recommend John Bouwer and the Breckon and Breckon team at Witney. A fantastic group of people offering an amazing service! They all certainly went above and beyond!
