At the outset, John provided an enthusiastic and professional market appraisal of my mother’s property, and we greatly appreciated his understanding of the reasons behind the sale. The in-house photographer did a great job highlighting the property through well-chosen angles and features, and the marketing brochures were of a high quality. Communication was great throughout, and John and Madison worked hard to secure the chain and keep us updated. All the Witney team are knowledgeable of the local markets, and very approachable- we had many questions during the course of the sale, but our enquiries were always responded to swiftly. No question was too small! If we popped into the office, there was always a friendly face to help us, including Julia and Alex. This was an enormous support for my mother during the sale process.
