We had a great service from Amy initially and Jenny who carried us through a long process of a selling our home and buying a new one. We were given good advice throughout and never made to feel as if they were too busy to help. Jenny was always happy to take phonecalls and chase things up for me. I consulted her at a number of steps and sometimes changed decisions based on her good advice. We are really satisfied with the service they provided and would use then again
