Renting a house with a pet can be quite a challenge but the rental team at Country made it very easy from the start! Jodie in particular was very accommodating, responding quickly and with clarity to all of my requests & enquiries. Throughout the process we were informed of all developments and charges. Quite often with letting agents you don't see them from key handover to contract renewal twelve months later. However Audrey, as our property manager, has been outstanding in quickly following up on a couple of technical issues, arranging contractors and even putting out our bins whilst we're away on holiday! We're very pleased with the quality of finish in the property delivered and the hands on approach to details in the garden, paint and carpets taken by Country Country Hatfield are a breath of quality customer care and professional pride in the often less than impressive world of home rental and we would happily rent with them again.
