Jodie was super nice and helpful. Answered all my questions promptly and helpfully. Also, because of Covid, she followed all the necessary precautions during our viewing and key handover so I felt very safe.

Zoe and Linda and the team were awesome in making our whole selling and buying experience brilliant and enjoyable. The whole buy/sell process because of CP took less than 3 months.

These are the good guys! I had my mind set on a particular house during lockdown, 2 had been sold in old hatfield. I contacted both agents, said if they become available could they give me first offering. One with another agent came back up on rightmore, they ignored all my emails, never returned calls, when i submitted a rightmore enquiry they just emailed me details of the house i was desperately wanting to buy. i ended up knocking on the neighbours door to get the owners details. I viewed privately. He wanted to go through the agent still, i was really narked that they would get paid when they hadn't called me back (I'm stubborn). I then got a call from Country properties, the other one had come on the market, they wanted a quick sale, and i viewed and offered. I felt bad for the other owner but glad they weren't going to earn any commission from me. Lynda has been amazing. I recommended my friend use them and they have sold her house quickly and been equally as efficient. Covid19 has been an excuse for some companies to hide behind bad service but country properties really stepped up to the mark. Always answer the phones/emails etc. Would definitely use them if i sell..... but hoping its my forever home.
