Myrings Estate Agents

"Myrings found me a most suitable tenant and manage the property in a very efficient and cost effective manner. "

We’ve been very impressed with Myrings, from the initial meeting with Syd through to the sale and purchase experience with Clare. We won’t forget that you all got us a better price than we imagined. And a very personal thank you to the efforts of Clare. She has been almost single handedly instrumental in making this happen. Her professionalism, negotiation, diplomacy and communication skills are simply awesome. This experience has not been easy but Clare has always been calm, always positive. Myrings is very lucky to have you as part of their team.

We found Myrings an excellent estate agent compared to many we have dealt with previously. Always on the ball and chasing everything in a prompt and timely manner. Clare was excellent and she kept us fully informed throughout the purchase and always quick to chase up any information she required. Myrings are a very professional estate agent and do what they say they will do which can't be said for some other estate agents we have dealt with before. Andy & Karen Backhouse

Susan and I were delighted by the service we received form the Myrings team during the sale of our Flat in Harrogate. Compared to our past experience where we used a National agent for our sale, the local knowledge of the market, easy access to the team based in Harrogate, and responsiveness, were second to none. Importantly they achieved the sale price we were looking for within our timescales. I have no hesitation in personally recommending Clare and Emma and the team in Princes Square. Many Thanks Brian

We found everyone to be super professional and helpful at Myrings. Nothing was too much for any of them and they always got back to you in timely manner with any information they had for us. Our main contact was Syd, who spoke a lot of sense and was honest with us about the current market, which helped with our expectations and it was refreshing to deal with an estate agent like this. Thank you to all at Myrings. We would highly recommend them.

Friendly efficient service from valuation to completion! Thanks Emma for your patient work!! Carol and Derek

I was so impressed by all aspects of the Myrings service - from the original visit and developing a sales plan through their brochure/sales visits to completion. Myrings staff were helpful, friendly, can-do and professional.

All the staff from start to finish were just wonderful, I have to mention Gemma though - she was fabulous. I would recommend Myrings and would use them should I wish to move again.
