Dealt with Emma for the purchase of a lovely apartment in Harrogate. Good communication, dealt with email and phone - difficult sale but got there in the end. No problems and would recommend dealing with Emma - she was very helpful and friendly. If I had to give any feedback - as I am not sure what your process is but when picking up new keys to a sale - I was very surprised to just be handed a white envelope with so many keys in - we weren’t sat down or introduced to anyone as Emma was out - no welcome pack or explanation - just stood in the reception and given an envelope - was just abit disappointing as I then felt silly calling you and asking what key was for what - but other then that good service.

Re Lettings, some friendly staff but some forget this is going to be someone's "Home". Communication was poor at times and the copious form-filling didn't hide the fact the apartment was in a poor state of cleanliness although this was eventually remedied within the week.

All the EAs have been very nice however there was a house we were interested in and we asked them if the area was safe due to us having a young child. We were told the area was safe, but we later found out that the area was well known for criminal activity including murder!

Used Myrings to help me find a rental property. I was met with a very judgemental and blunt employee who said “you’re not what they are looking for” in regards to a property. I suggest management could maybe provide some customer service skills that included kindness and diversity training. The properties being offered looked perfect and I left feeling really disappointed.

Poor on all counts. I ultimately switched to Verity Frearson who were excellent.
