After 7 months on the market with Myrings, we decided to move to another agent. The day we were due to sign the contract with a new agent, Myrings called to say they had an interested buyer. We were told the buyer was a cash buyer, no mortgage needed. On this basis, we accepted a lower offer. Further down the line, we found he needed a mortgage. All through the process, Myrings were poor at communicating. They brought inappropriate buyers to view the house. They lied about our buyer being a cash buyer. As the paying client, we never felt that Myrings were working for us, more for the buyer.

I do not trust this agency at all very rude unprofessional staff , for some reason they all lie.

I have never been treated so condescending and been harassed so much by any company. Awful, just awful!

From our first meeting with Syd Briscoe and the team at Myrings, the sale of our family home was handled very professionally and with much care and attention. We were always met with lovely smiles from Clare and Caroline in reception and Holly was absolutely fantastic, handling all communications between our buyer and solicitors and keeping us up to date at all times. We can highly recommend Myrings.
