I have not encountered any significant problems with this Estate Agent since we rented a flat more than two years ago. We received reports periodically of the condition of the flat which are very welcome and there is excellent communication with the agency, particularly with Ms Nichola Bates, Senior Lettings Valuer, who promptly answer any emails with queries or request that we do send her frequently. She is a very dynamic and professional. When met her alongside other staff from other agencies and her personality, knowledge and professional manner made us to choose her and subsequently her estate agent. We highly recommend her for any future landlords!

Joe dealt with my purchase, he’s been really great and friendly throughout the whole process. Very easy to contact and always responds quickly! Claire, Libby and Colin also helped on occasion and all have been great. Everyone at myrings it really friendly and always had a good experience talking to them.

Myrings came out to see our property as soon as we contacted them and delivered on their promise to get the property listed within a week. They kept us informed of progress with our sale and worked with us and our buyers to reach a conclusion. Despite the chain breaking down three times they held the sale together and kept us informed every step of the way.

We had been keeping a half eye on a Myrings listed property that we were interested in for months. But, sadly, it was way out of our reach price wise and we were in a chain. Then, one day, that changed. We decided to go into Myrings and see someone face to face regarding Cornwall Road. We met Colin. What a great bloke. He took the time to explain the background on the apartment and brought us up to date. He transmitted as someone you could trust, someone with an high level of integrity and easy going yet professional. We arranged a viewing, loved the house and later, put in an offer that was accepted.
