Myrings has been, by far and away, the best letting agent we have experienced as renters. From the moment we contacted them regarding a tentative move to Harrogate, to the moment we signed our lease, they have been helpful and understanding. Moving from the Isle of Man, the opportunity to view properties in person was restricted. This hindered our chances with properties via other letting agents, however Myrings ensured we were able to view as many in person as possible, then offered video viewings thereafter. This helped us to find our new property and secured our move to Harrogate! After making an offer, the process was simple and stress-free. We were even able to sign our lease virtually which made our lives so much easier. We are so grateful to Myrings for making a stressful period as uncomplicated as possible, allowing us to enjoy, rather than dread, the moving process!

I have not encountered any significant problems with this Estate Agent since we rented a flat more than two years ago. We received reports periodically of the condition of the flat which are very welcome and there is excellent communication with the agency, particularly with Ms Nichola Bates, Senior Lettings Valuer, who promptly answer any emails with queries or request that we do send her frequently. She is a very dynamic and professional. When met her alongside other staff from other agencies and her personality, knowledge and professional manner made us to choose her and subsequently her estate agent. We highly recommend her for any future landlords!

From the initial visit from Simon for the valuation, through a quite protracted negotiation and process to get to completion, Joe and the sales team have been on the ball, making suggestions and recommendations and communicating in a timely manner. I can honestly say it’s been an absolutely 5 star experience. Very happy with the way the team work together in an organic and innovative way. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Myrings for anyone looking to buy and sell locally.

Myrings came out to see our property as soon as we contacted them and delivered on their promise to get the property listed within a week. They kept us informed of progress with our sale and worked with us and our buyers to reach a conclusion. Despite the chain breaking down three times they held the sale together and kept us informed every step of the way.

We had been keeping a half eye on a Myrings listed property that we were interested in for months. But, sadly, it was way out of our reach price wise and we were in a chain. Then, one day, that changed. We decided to go into Myrings and see someone face to face regarding Cornwall Road. We met Colin. What a great bloke. He took the time to explain the background on the apartment and brought us up to date. He transmitted as someone you could trust, someone with an high level of integrity and easy going yet professional. We arranged a viewing, loved the house and later, put in an offer that was accepted. Whilst Colin was of course representing the vendors, he speedily answered any queries and fully kept us informed throughout the whole process. We would have no hesitation recommending Colin and the agents to anyone requiring their services. Great job!

Absolutely amazing committed professional team so approachable and easy to deal with. They work so hard to achieve the end goal and support you from start to finish. All the team really care I think I have been looked after by all, many conversations with Libby who was a joy to chat to.
