Joely was absolutely brilliant’ from the initial email she remained informative and professional at all times’ she really helped understand all the information’ she was very attentive in email responses and made us feel really valued. We are relocating from the USA and our situation wasn’t the easiest, however Joely wasn’t fazed and steered us through the whole process with ease.
