Ashtons Estate Agency - Harpenden

We’ve been really impressed with Ashtons. India Bunnage in particular has been immensely helpful in navigating a stressful and anxiety provoking situation; we have found her to be responsive and personable. Gill Cheesman has also been really helpful in organising quotes for conveyancers and surveyors, making the process easier. Overall a friendly yet professional service.

I rented a property through Ashtons while I cannot visit the property. They arranged a virtual tour for me and answer alot of my questions. Thanks Ashtons.

Very friendly and professional people throughout the process. Happy to have Ashtons as our Agency. Thank you Colin and Natasha! :)

A huge thank you to Colin Hickey, who went above and beyond to find us a wonderful family home. He took time to understand what was important for us and communication throughout was excellent. It’s rare to get such great service and care (as well as after care!) and someone who is exceptionally customer orientated. Thank you Colin!

I have dealt with Ashtons on numerous occasions and always found the team extremely friendly and knowledgable. My most recent experience renting out my home was simple: Colin was very helpful and delivered all his commitments on time. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the other team members.

Everyone at Ashtons worked very hard to make our move happened. They solve all challenges quickly and efficiently. They made the process easy. I will recommend to anyone who needs to move houses.

Highly recommend Colin and his team at Ashtons in Harpenden. Great experience with recent rental. At all times both he and his team are helpful, friendly, quick to respond and professional.

All our thanks to the whole of the Ashtons Team at Harpenden for their great support, dedication and professionalism in selling our house. With a one-off, unique designed home appealing to a small market audience, the Ashtons Team understood this so well and developed a plan that delivered on all fronts with the house sale finalized a few weeks ago. Special call-out to Harrison, Joshua, Greg, Rebecca, Kate, Jules, Gill, Amanda, Maggie, Karolina, Jason and Jane for their hard work and determination to get the job done. This Team’s approach to clients, empathy for the sellers’ concerns and ability to deliver are all outstanding and there was never any question or consideration from our side in using other agents. We have no hesitation in recommending Ashtons. Thank you all. Jan and Clive Tomlin
