Ashtons Estate Agency - Harpenden

Ashtons Harpenden have been incredible throughout the process of letting our home. They rented it very quickly with minimal viewing inconvenience and were incredibly efficient and professional at every step, from initial meeting to photos, viewings, move in and management. Fully reccomend! Kirsty stood out from the start for her energy, attention to detail and clear recommendations backed up by local market data. The listing and photography were excellent, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Freya was brilliant at keeping the practical details moving, from arranging the inventory and chasing paperwork to coordinating access and the key handover. A big thank you too to Nicola for sharing the incredibly thorough inventory report and following up after move-in, and Joanne Sargeant for taking care of the utility and council notifications. Clear communication, helpful advice and real care over the details. Thank you all so much!
