ReylandJohnson Estate Agents - Harlow

Highly Recommended I honestly cannot recommend this estate agency highly enough... From start to finish, the whole team have been absolutely amazing... James, the director, came out to value the property and was honest, realistic and professional throughout... He has such a friendly, down to earth approach, and I immediately felt at ease and comfortable with him... He was always happy to help and returned my calls whenever I contacted him directly... A big thank you to James for making the whole process feel so straightforward and keeping it real. The sales team were equally brilliant... I mainly dealt with Brandon and Charlie, who were both approachable, friendly and professional at all times... A special thank you to Brandon, who personally handled the viewing with the eventual buyer... He was always positive and helpful. Karen, the sales negotiator, was also fantastic... She was friendly, professional and attentive to every little detail, reassuring and kept things moving along... she was my main point of contact when discussing and attending to the sale process.. making sure everything was dealt with correctly... A big thank you to Karen too. The whole team deserve a huge thank you... Selling my dad's property came at a particularly difficult and emotional time for me, and they genuinely made the experience so much easier to get through. What really sets this agency apart is the personal touch.. You never feel like just another customer or a number on their books... They genuinely care, take the time to listen and make you feel supported throughout. Thank you all so much for everything... You have been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I am truly grateful for all your help and support... Pauline
