The whole team at Kings Group Church Langley deserve a lot of credit and a big thank you from me. Due to both my vendor and buyer using the worst solicitor in existence (Premier Property Lawyers), the move proved a real struggle (to the point that the chain actually broke down as a result of the solicitor's incompetence). Thankfully the team at Church Langley were very pro-active, friendly, and professional with speaking to their contacts and helping the move go ahead (even after Premier Property Lawyers had an online security breach and their systems were down for over a month). Honestly, I don't think the move would have happened if it wasn't for Richard and Frankie getting involved. Selling your is home probably the biggest financial transaction you make in your life so finding the right estate agent is absolutely crucial, a decision that shouldn’t be taken lightly. We conducted an extensive research of all the major estate agents around Harlow and decided to go with Kings Group in Church Langley. Looking back, we believe we made absolutely the right choice! Right from the start, the staff at Kings treated with a sense of respect and professionalism. Brandon did a superb job pulling together the House Brochure for marketing the house, he certainly has a flair for taking pictures which captures the true beauty of the house! He was able to market the house within a two days of finalising the house brochure. We had viewings just within a few days of marketing the property, Frankie managed all the viewings, she kept us informed of all the viewing appointments, provided us with timely feedback from the buyers and was able to secure a sale price at the top end of our expectations. Once the sale was agreed, Frankie managed to keep both sets of solicitors coordinated to ensure we were able to achieve sale “completion” in a very timely manner. It was a pleasure dealing with Franke, she is true professional, always respectful and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending Kings Group, Church Langley.
