Just wanted to leave a review for this branch of Ryder & Dutton in Halifax. As they say selling your house is one of the most stressful things you can do, well let the staff at this branch take that stress away. The valuation carried out by their branch manager Stephanie Hill and Stephanie explaining costs and services to ourselves thoroughly we decided to choose Ryder & Dutton over two other agents we spoke with. Our house sold within a few weeks realising as near as didn't matter the valuation price. I then received a call from Matt Cornfield in branch and Matt explained that he he was now taking on the work involved in seeing the sale through to conclusion, that phone call left me feeling absolutely confident and at ease, I have been an employer in the past for many years and this guy is a credit to his company, I think they are very fortunate to have him. I have recently bought a house in Halifax through Ryder and Dutton. Not being from the area I wasn't sure how happy I would be but the staff at Ryder and Dutton are amazing. We've just completed the sale of a house with Ryder and Dutton's Halifax branch. The service we received from the team including Steph Hill, Matt Corfield and Vicky Bell really was 5 * plus throughout. The property was rented to a tenant so Ryder and Dutton had the complication of keeping both ourselves and the tenant in the loop and accompanying viewings. Thanks to the excellent listing and photos this was no small task as the property attracted a lot of interest. The team was professional, extremely helpful and provided a high standard of friendly service throughout. Whenever I called or emailed the office, Matt been my most frequent contact, they always found time to speak to me and address any questions I had.
