We have recently purchased a property through Ryder & Dutton in Halifax and have nothing but praise for Stephanie Hill and Matt Corfield. From initially viewing the property with Steph and then, after our offer was accepted, we liaised with Matt who was always professional, patient, friendly and efficient in his dealings with us. In fact, he went beyond the call of duty in the way he handled the whole conveyancing process. Throughout the whole period, he was our main contact, liaising between us and both the seller and her solicitor and no request from us was ever too much for him to give his immediate attention. His communications with us were regular and we always felt comfortable that we knew exactly where we were in the process.
