Just wanted to leave a review for this branch of Ryder & Dutton in Halifax. As they say selling your house is one of the most stressful things you can do, well let the staff at this branch take that stress away. The valuation carried out by their branch manager Stephanie Hill and Stephanie explaining costs and services to ourselves thoroughly we decided to choose Ryder & Dutton over two other agents we spoke with. Our house sold within a few weeks realising as near as didn't matter the valuation price. I then received a call from Matt Cornfield in branch and Matt explained that he he was now taking on the work involved in seeing the sale through to conclusion, that phone call left me feeling absolutely confident and at ease, I have been an employer in the past for many years and this guy is a credit to his company, I think they are very fortunate to have him.
