The property was rented to a tenant so Ryder and Dutton had the complication of keeping both ourselves and the tenant in the loop and accompanying viewings. Thanks to the excellent listing and photos this was no small task as the property attracted a lot of interest. The team was professional, extremely helpful and provided a high standard of friendly service throughout. Whenever I called or emailed the office, Matt been my most frequent contact, they always found time to speak to me and address any questions I had. Once the sale was agreed the team kept on top of the selling process - liaising with ourselves, the buyer and solicitors to keep everyone informed and the sale moving forward to completion.
