As a satisfied and continuing tenant of a property let through Ryder and Dutton, this is not my first experience in the rental market, but it is one of the best. Since moving in, I have had superb support in all my dealings with them. In particular, over the majority of my rental period, Naomi Pryce has exceeded my expectations with her courteous, friendly and businesslike communications with me. Naomi is clearly oriented to working with clients in such a way as to provide confidence that any problems are resolved, ensuring timely and efficient inspections and handling account fees and communications with the landlords. I hold Naomi in high regard. It is the people who make a business and it is extremely important to me with estate agents, that I have contacts there who can provide appropriate support. In that regard, I view any interactions with agents through the same lense that I am sure the agent would expect of me should the situation be reversed and they were the tenant. Naomi gives me the impression that she operates using something similar to this model; with the meticulous attention to detail and standards that I am sure any client will be content with.

I have used R&D to buy a couple properties in the past and found them highly efficient and professional. They know the type of thing I buy and contact me directly about matching properties. The don't waste my time calling about properties that don't fit my business. I have been so impressed buying that I have recommended friends who are selling properties. Should I come to sell any of my properties, I would go straight to R&D. I have recently switched agents and started using R&D's tenant finder service. Previously I was with another agent who offered lots of advice before becoming a landlord. The last two tenancies handled by R&D were both completed within a week or two of going live. Can't really ask for more. I find the entire team are very friendly and efficient. I would, without reservation recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property or landlords looking to rent.

Amazing service from start to the end. from the initial visit from the estate agent, to the photos and the leaflet, to the board going up. The house sold within nine days. Even though the house had sold the estate agents were always there to answer questions or queries I had. overall a great estate agent and team and I would definitely use them again and would recommend Ryder and Dutton to family and friends.
