As a satisfied and continuing tenant of a property let through Ryder and Dutton, this is not my first experience in the rental market, but it is one of the best. Since moving in, I have had superb support in all my dealings with them. In particular, over the majority of my rental period, Naomi Pryce has exceeded my expectations with her courteous, friendly and businesslike communications with me. Naomi is clearly oriented to working with clients in such a way as to provide confidence that any problems are resolved, ensuring timely and efficient inspections and handling account fees and communications with the landlords. I hold Naomi in high regard. It is the people who make a business and it is extremely important to me with estate agents, that I have contacts there who can provide appropriate support. In that regard, I view any interactions with agents through the same lense that I am sure the agent would expect of me should the situation be reversed and they were the tenant. Naomi gives me the impression that she operates using something similar to this model; with the meticulous attention to detail and standards that I am sure any client will be content with.
