Really really helpful, this is the first house I have bought and really had no clue what the process was, matt was extremely helpful and easy to get hold of when I had any questions. Selling a house is quite an 'interesting' process: yes it can be stressful, but this really wasn't our experience as Steph, Vicky and Matt led us all the way through the process. Ryder and Dutton may not be considered the biggest estate agent operating in our area of Greetland near Halifax, but in our experience they were 'simply the best.' Courteous, professional and reliable are just a few of the adjectives we can justifiably use. We were never left waiting. In terms of communication, they were one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. In 3 months, in the midst of a global pandemic they all helped us to secure an easy passage to selling our home. We were very pleased that we choose Ryder & Dutton to sell our property. Steph Hill was very optimistic that we would sell for the value we were looking for.
