Thank you to everyone at Ryder & Dutton halifax for helping us to recently sell our house in Southowram. Because of the uncertainty of Brexit followed by Covid19 and subsequent lockdowns it was always going to be a challenging task but Steph and her team went out of their way and went on to locate a buyer in Hong Kong. The negotiations were protracted and quite lengthy but Steph stayed in personal contact throughout even ringing me well out of normal business hours to discuss and work around complications and her high degree of interpersonal skills showed through and her perseverance along with integrity and professionalism got us through the wining post. Good service provided in a difficult time, professional posting/advertising of the house and good communication where needed in a process that was a lot longer than normal. Matt was always available when needed, returned calls quickly and communicated clearly, also dealt with it well when I needed to vent my frustrations at other elements of the process!
