We were very pleased that we choose Ryder & Dutton to sell our property. Steph Hill was very optimistic that we would sell for the value we were looking for. Steph also took the trouble to show prospective buyers around our property herself, as we requested. When buyers were found, Matt Corfield carried out all the communications between the buyers and us, very promptly and professionally. There was no need to chase up on progress at any stage. Upon completion and dropping our keys off at the office, we were given a nice “welcome pack” for our new home. A nice touch! Excellent communication from the other members of staff too. Thank you all!
