We bought our house through Paul and moved in just after Christmas. If we were to sell, we would be more than happy to go with him, as we could see that he looked after our seller, but was just as fair with us as the buyer! He was honest and upfront from day one and there were no games - which is refreshing when you’re buying or selling a house. Especially helpful when you’re doing both at the same time! This meant that we could make well informed and quick decisions without worrying about losing time or money, and get on with the process quickly. The deal was done and there was no back and forth or being messed about on either side. Communication was instant at all times, and he was the go between for both sides, as our sellers had already moved from the area. The level three survey we had done found an issue with the roof that was not obvious or visible at all and which our sellers had no idea about. Paul helped both sides handle that smoothly despite it being the middle of winter when we had snow, rain and wind. A repair was done that went above and beyond, and we were sent photos and videos which reassured us, and he exchanged messages between both sides. We first saw Paul on one of his YouTube videos and didn’t really know what to think! In real life he is much taller (!) and is just as friendly. Paul and his team are professional, plain talking and really good to work with.
