Great experience with Fisks from start to finish, firstly Ian who approached us to consider marketing with Fisks, followed by Emma Foster who has been so professional in all her viewings, liaising with us along the way, making everything as stressless as possible, we would defiantly recommend them .PositiveProfessionalism
Reply from Fisks Estate Agents: Dear Sally,
Often agents are accused of simply touting other agents instructions for their own gain but your sale is a testament to how changing agents can really benefit you.
Our knowledge of the local market and attention to detail enabled us to achieve a stronger sale price that what the previous agent was even quoting as the asking.
Our enthusiasm and confidence was not a ruse and we are delighted that we've been able to get you where you wanted to be.
Thank you for putting your faith in us and should you ever require any property advice in the future, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best wishes
The Fisks Team
