A big thanks to Matt and his colleagues in Beaminster for making our purchase happen in such an orderly way, despite solicitors going to the county show when they could have been exchanging contracts (yes, really). Matt and the team were always there to keep things moving and working with the vendors to accommodate the surveys, get the paperwork completed and so on.
