Whether you’re buying, selling, or renting, I would highly recommend EweMove Guildford. I recently relocated from London and was quite anxious about the move, but in the initial stages of working with Lucy and Ryan I started to feel a lot more confident. It was such a relief having my move in the hands of professionals I felt I could trust. From start to finish communication was spot on and any queries I had were quickly put to my landlady (and vice versa) and answered in detail. Ryan and Lucy have been great throughout the whole process. I initially viewed another property with them after being attracted by the quality of photos and floorplans online. After meeting I chose them to sell my property because they were so personable and gave more attention to detail than I had found elsewhere. Highly recommended and would use again

Wonderful experience with Lucy and Ryan. For someone who is easily overwhelmed and not sure where to begin with selling a first home they made it so easy and kept it simple, made time whenever they could and went out of their way to help as much as possible. Ryan and Lucy were brilliant throughout the process of me putting my flat on the rental market for the first time. They truly have a very transparent approach, and made every effort to make sure they communicated with me at every stage. They always consulted me before any action was put in place. It was very refreshing to have very knowledgeable, thorough and organised estate agents, who did not put any pressure on me or use manipulative sales tactics. They were simply invested in finding me the best possible tenant and managed to secure exactly this in just 5 days! There were a lot of viewing requests, but Ryan and Lucy always checked in with me, and made sure these were timed so that there would be minimal disruption to me. I felt very safe in their hands, and have absolute confidence they will look after my home and tenant as they manage the property going forward.

We were very impressed with the service Lucy & Ryan provided from start to finish for the sale of my property in Guildford. The communication between them and myself was excellent and every step of marketing my house and progression of sale was made very clear and proved to be trouble-free.
