Of all the business people that I have delt with throughout my life these people are one of the best. Nothing is too much trouble for them,. They are there for you all the way through the process which we all know can be stressful. Even my solicitor said that they were the best estate agent that they had ever dealt with. We've worked with Ryan and Lucy for over a year now, using their fully managed letting agent services for our rental property. We've worked with several letting agents in the past, and I can honestly say Ryan and Lucy are by far the best. They're always so helpful, and professional. Whenever there are maintenance issues at the property, they always let us know promptly, and have a great team of tradesmen on hand to attend to things. Our tenants are really happy, and we finally have the confidence that our property is being well looked after. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any landlords who are looking for peace of mind.

We carefully researched the estate agents in the Guildford area and we are very pleased that we chose Lucy and Ryan to sell our property. They were extremely effective and professional from the moment we contacted them . Preparing the house for the photos and showing was really quite enjoyable with their support. However the one thing that really stood out was their personal service with the commitment they had to give it their all. We normally do not leave reviews, but the service we received from Lucy and Ryan @Ewemove has been extraordinary. We met Ryan on our two viewings. Ryan has guided us through the house in both viewings and has always been friendly, enthusiastic and ready to answer all our questions. Lucy has been there for us throughout the process from arranging our initial viewing to completion and never took her longer than 5 minutes to reply to our enquiries (even on a Sunday!). I have nothing but good words to say about our experience with EweMove so far. A very professional outfit, yet friendly and welcoming and Ryan couldn't do enough to help us, despite us not yet being in contract with them! We were looking to start our moving process in January but requested a viewing of a house we stumbled across that was in an almost prefect location for us. We told EweMove up front that the house was a little out of budget and weren't quite in a position to move - but yet Ryan still gave his time for us to view the house so we could gain experience - which is not what we were expecting! They have freely given great advice about moving and selling our property and offered us a very competitive and favourable contract which I think will be hard beaten (though have yet to research other agents fully).

Excellent experience purchasing out first home. Damien form the Folkestone branch was outstanding. He found us our first home and the whole process from offer to completion was well tended to. Always responsive when we needed to ask a question. We were first time buyers and it can be intimidating getting up to speed with what we need to do but Damien made sure we were alway well informed and clear on what we needed to do to keep things running smoothly. We thought we were going to move to Wales so we needed to know what we could get for our house before we started looking at prices near St David's. We contacted Damien who arrived on time gave us valuable Information, told us he would be our contact every step of the way he would be the person showing prospective clients round our house and he would even help us buy a new property if we wanted. It was reassuring to know that we had a one person " go to" instead of several (as we experienced with a move we had 2 years ago) . It so happens that our move has been postponed but should we decide to move we will not hesitate to contact Damien as we felt he was very pleasant, knowledgeable , helpful and we felt very comfortable dealing with him.
