Great service throughout, from initial appraisal of our property and proposed valuation (less than we wanted, but more realistic) through production of sales literature (very good; captured the essence of the property and its potential in words and pictures) and arranging purchaser appointments. We struck lucky, with eight appointments on the first weekend after the property went 'live', and an offer the following week which we accepted. Curchods insist on the vendors being absent during purchaser visits, and this proved much better than having us hovering in the background (purchasers are, not unnaturally, more inclined to make more honest observations if it's just the agent present). Curchods gave us detailed feedback from each viewing; and after the offer was accepted, they were invaluable in keeping us informed (and reassured) and helping move matters along. There were a few hiccups along the way - there always are with house sales - but no major problems and we exchanged contracts about 15 weeks after the initial viewings (it could have been sooner, but we encountered delays with our onward purchase).
