Legends!! I cannot recommend Curchods Guildford enough! We were buying a property through them and after some bad experiences through other estate agents, Curchods were a breath of fresh air. Matthew Addison Smith was our main point of contact and he couldn't do enough to help us through the process. The purchase ended up being really painful due to the top of the chain and Matthew went above and beyond to push for responses and keep us updated. He was always at the end of the phone to reassure us, even if there was no real update. Buying a house in the UK is so unnecessarily stressful but if you're going to do it, do it with Curchods!! From a Buyer's perspective, I found the team here quite accomadating with regards to viewings, and very responsive to enquiries The same cannot be said for local competitors whom after i showed no interest in a property they were trying to sell, all communication ceased. Professional at all times, they also understood that we as buyers, especially first time buyers, may not know the ins and outs of the process of purchasing a property and at no point was i belittled or made to feel stupid for my queries. This is a significant investment both mentally and fiscally, and it was really appreciated how any questions were answered. If patience is a virtue, then Mr Matthew Addison-Smith is a saint. Helpful at all times, it is with regret my transaction took longer than most but we persevered. I know that when the time comes to move on in a few years, who i will be asking for to handle the sale.
