Legends!! I cannot recommend Curchods Guildford enough! We were buying a property through them and after some bad experiences through other estate agents, Curchods were a breath of fresh air. Matthew Addison Smith was our main point of contact and he couldn't do enough to help us through the process. The purchase ended up being really painful due to the top of the chain and Matthew went above and beyond to push for responses and keep us updated. He was always at the end of the phone to reassure us, even if there was no real update. Buying a house in the UK is so unnecessarily stressful but if you're going to do it, do it with Curchods!!
