Curchods Guildford (Sales)

Curchods accomplished a brilliant job of selling our property which was atypical from the valuation point of view and therefore a challenge. The photography put the property in its best light, and the marketing strategy was spot on. We had frequent and convivial updates and the approach was both realistic and positive. Expert and professional work from start to finish achieved in a short space of time. A big thank you to all concerned. It was a great relief to be helped by such competent staff.
Reply from Curchods Guildford (Sales): Dear Steve,
What a fantastic review thank you so much. I must say that acting for you and the estate provided us with a few challenges given the unique nature of the property and the circumstances. What is especially nice to note from your feedback is that the strategy we discussed and agreed together delivered the best outcome in a timely fashion.
Do pop in to say hello when you are next in the UK and thank you for instructions.
Regards,
Garry
