In summary, my house moving journey has been a long one and I might well have given up if it wasn’t for Curchods! I can highly recommend Jessica and Kat who have been super proactive and always advocating for me and my buyer throughout the chain. 😊 Initially I had months of no offers and barely any viewings trying to sell my place with another estate agent, but once I moved to Curchods it only took a couple of months to get a full asking price offer. They were honest with me that my initial price was too high for the market and gave sound advice which got lots more potential buyers through the door. James got me loads of viewings back-to-back on one Saturday morning resulting in offer number 1. 🥳 Kat was then excellent at keeping my buyers from pulling out at various points as they were in a rush to move and had to wait for me to find somewhere to buy and then for a completed chain. Sadly, as I ended up with quite a long chain, I did eventually lose my buyers after about 4 months. This is when Jessica stepped in, finding me a new buyer within 2 weeks! 😅 My new buyer only took 2 months to be ready to move and Jessica was then tirelessly on the phone ringing up and down the chain to chase the slow movers at the top of the chain. Without her, it would have all gone on for even longer, but finally we exchanged this week and the journey is nearly over (one year from initially putting my place on the market and 8 months with Curchods). 🥳 Thank you Curchods! I am really excited to be finally moving 😊
