Professional, attentive and responsive letting agency. Highly recommended! The long version: I came across Burns & Webber whilst doing research for a Letting Agency for my first property let. I called them to ask about their services, and received the best overview of the process, and overall the best response out of all the agencies I spoke to. Most of our contact has been with Amy. She has been professional, very clear at communicating and attentive. This was crucial for us, as we were outside the UK for the whole process. From that initial conversation to having a tenant move in the experience has been faultless. We have kept in touch regularly over email, had clear steps to follow and it's been relatively stress free. Once we gave the green light to advertise the property, it took no time for them to find us a quality tenant. From the experience we had, I am also confident that they will treat tenants with the same level of professionalism & care that we received.

Our experience of renting a new place through Burns&Webber was nothing short of amazing, I would recommend them without thinking twice! We have recently moved to UK and we were looking for a property to rent in Woking. The property we decided to make an offer on, came out to be let by and managed by Burns & Webber. Since the first visit to the property and throughout the letting process, the communication and support from the agency and especially Isla (our letting agent) was exceptional. When we moved in, we have found a welcome card and a very nice welcome box, which contained, among other things, a box with a lot of discount vouchers that came very handy to buy some appliances and furniture for the new place.
