I recently moved into a property let by Burns & Webber. I am naturally bad at organisation and administration including various documents that need to be completed before moving in. The team at B&W and Isla Ward in particular, was extremely patient and courteous and yet firm enough to encourage me to go through the process. She was always friendly and responsive with our questions and requests along the way. When we moved into the property, I was pleasantly surprised that the property had been cleaned professionally with a hint of room fragrance. Nice touch. I would love to work with them again.
