Professional, attentive and responsive letting agency. Highly recommended! The long version: I came across Burns & Webber whilst doing research for a Letting Agency for my first property let. I called them to ask about their services, and received the best overview of the process, and overall the best response out of all the agencies I spoke to. Most of our contact has been with Amy. She has been professional, very clear at communicating and attentive. This was crucial for us, as we were outside the UK for the whole process. From that initial conversation to having a tenant move in the experience has been faultless. We have kept in touch regularly over email, had clear steps to follow and it's been relatively stress free. Once we gave the green light to advertise the property, it took no time for them to find us a quality tenant.
